Specialized Facilities: The school spans 20,000 square meters and is equipped with an indoor sports hall, outdoor soccer pitch, and various technical rooms designed for hands-on training in areas such as housekeeping, retail operations, food and beverage services, and mechanical and electrical laboratories.
Innovative Construction Techniques: The classroom and workshop blocks utilized precast beams and hollow core slabs to expedite construction and ensure structural integrity. For the multi-purpose hall, a composite structure comprising steel beams and in-situ concrete slabs was adopted to achieve a 27-meter span, providing a spacious environment for various activities.
Award-Winning Design: In recognition of its excellent construction performance, Spectra Secondary School received the BCA Construction Excellence Award 2015 in the Institutional category. Additionally, the school was honored with the BCA Green Mark Award for its environmentally friendly construction practices and energy-efficient features.
