In this phase, the project involved the construction of a purpose-built, seven-story data center facility. The development provided 14,000 square meters of data center space with a total power capacity of 36MW, positioning it as one of the region's facilities with the highest power densities. The project was completed in 2016 and was awarded the Green Mark Platinum Award for Data Centres by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore.

The facility, spanning approximately 570,000 square feet, is a purpose-built, seven-story building designed to Tier 3 standards. It offers robust security features, including an 8-layer access control system, and provides low-latency connections to the Tuas Cable Landing Station, making it ideal for business continuity planning and disaster recovery.
Throughout these development phases, DSCO Group Pte Ltd has consistently served as the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Consultant/Engineer, contributing its expertise in building services engineering to ensure the facility meets industry standards for reliability and efficiency.
