CapitaSpring is a 280-meter-tall, 51-story mixed-use skyscraper located at 88 Market Street in Singapore's Downtown Core. Completed in 2021, the development was undertaken by CL Office Trustee Pte. Ltd., with Dragages Singapore serving as the main contractor and Beca Carter Hollings & Ferner (S.E. Asia) Pte Ltd as the M&E consultant. The project includes premium office spaces, a Citadines serviced residence, and extensive green spaces, including the unique "Green Oasis."

CapitaSpring stands as a prominent addition to Singapore's skyline, exemplifying innovative vertical urbanism by integrating diverse functions within a single towering structure. The building's design was a collaborative effort between Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) and Carlo Ratti Associati (CRA), aiming to blend urban living with natural elements seamlessly.

Serviced Residences: The first eight floors house a 299-unit Citadines serviced residence, offering modern accommodations complemented by facilities such as a swimming pool, jacuzzi, jogging track, gymnasium, social kitchen, residents' lounge, and barbecue pits.
Office Spaces: The upper floors provide premium Grade A office spaces with panoramic views of the Singapore River and Marina Bay, catering to various multinational corporations and businesses.
Green Oasis: Centrally located between the residential and office sections is the "Green Oasis", a 35-meter open-air garden spanning four stories (levels 17 to 20). This lush, spiraling botanical promenade offers spaces for work, relaxation, exercise, and events, effectively bringing nature into the urban environment.
Market Street Hawker Centre: Paying homage to the site's heritage, the development includes a modernized hawker center on the second and third floors, featuring 56 food stalls that serve as a culinary hub for both tenants and the public.
Sky Garden and Urban Farm: At the rooftop, CapitaSpring boasts Singapore's highest urban farm, cultivating over 150 species of fruits, vegetables, and flowers. This urban farm supplies fresh produce to the building's restaurants, promoting sustainable urban agriculture.
