CapitaSpring stands as a prominent addition to Singapore's skyline, exemplifying innovative vertical urbanism by integrating diverse functions within a single towering structure. The building's design was a collaborative effort between Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) and Carlo Ratti Associati (CRA), aiming to blend urban living with natural elements seamlessly.

Key Features:

  • Serviced Residences: The first eight floors house a 299-unit Citadines serviced residence, offering modern accommodations complemented by facilities such as a swimming pool, jacuzzi, jogging track, gymnasium, social kitchen, residents' lounge, and barbecue pits.
